After getting off work today I took off for more manure and once I shovelled it into my pick up bed and then got home and shovelled it again in a pile on the ground, I went to work out behind the house yanking at more kudzu vines and small bushes and this time you can really tell the difference. I have to laugh because our branch trimmers are cheap and just tend to bend when you use them too much at one stretch...so I've been using our kitchen shears to cut the vine with. Like last time, I stayed out until it got too dark to see. I'll tell you what will knock the fire out of you, getting thwacked in the eye ball from some twig. I tried real hard to ignore that I couldn't see and I even got pissed off at the pain...but nevertheless, getting thwacked in the eyeball takes the fire out of ya. Lol.
